Grown on a communal lot in La Unión, Honduras, famers from this area worked together to create this well-balanced blend of different coffee varietals. The lush, nutrient-rich mountains, with tropical yet cool seasonal temperatures make this region perfect for growing exceptional coffee.
La Unión is medium roast coffee with medium acidity. Expect smooth notes of orange and dark chocolate with sweet sugar cane & honeysuckle finish. It’s available in our cafe or online in 12 oz., 2 lb., & 5 lb.
