Back in February of 2020 we traveled to Honduras to visit Rigoberto Paz. We toured his farm, tasted his coffee, and met his family. We purchase the majority of Rigoberto’s coffee every season because for years it has been one of our favorites. The plot of land where Rigoberto cultivates his coffee is considered to be one of the best in the region. With an abundance of shade and just the right amount of sun, his crop has produced some of the most delicious cups you’ll ever have.
