Finca Sircof is located in Grecia, Costa Rica. This area, known as the Central Valley coffee zone, nurtures the coffee grown with high altitude and gentle weather. Producer, Marcos Oviedo, is a third generation coffee grower. His family believes in producing a coffee that can exceed the expectations of the most demanding consumers. In 2011, in an effort to survive the challenges of the coffee industry, the Oviedo family decided to build a micro mill, with the goal of selling their coffee as direct as possible to the final customer. Since then, their coffee continues to improve in quality and cupping scores.
